Track Love: AlunaGeorge "Your Drums, Your Love"

Here is the best original track from AlunaGeorge so far. While I loved their remix of I'm his Girl by Friends, the tracks the London R&B duo composed themselves left me quite underwhelmed up until now. But "Your Drums, Your Love" perfectly hits the sweet, sweet spot where pop meets electronic. They melt both styles - the distorted vocals with the R&B ones, the soft melody with the dry beats, the weird intro with a hymnal chorus - and create a beautiful pop song. Plain and simple. According to Pitchfork it is the first song off their debut album, scheduled for 2013.
